HotMaster DigiHot Instant Hot Water Digital Tank

HotMaster Digihot tank dispenses instant hot water for food, beverage and cleansing operations. Water reheats using a superfast 1500-Watt element, which is separated from the water by a stainless steel plate to prevent element corrosion. The tank is laser welded, 304 stainless steel for superior longevity. The dry-start float and the over-heat protector are also stainless steel to prevent off taste and odors caused by copper sulfate compounds. The non-pressurized bladder system prevents catastrophic tank failures. On/off control button is designed for vacation or down time. The easily controlled temperature settings range from 167°F – 208°F.
