Scanpan Classic – 17 1/4″ X 8 3/4″ Stove Top Grill

Classic grill plate made of cast aluminium with a ceramic titanium non-stick surface. Two different grill plates are available, one with grill ribs on the entire surface, the other with a plain zone and a grill zone, which offers the possibility of combining frying and grilling at the same time. Both have a juice reservoir all around its edges. The plate has three cooking surfaces on its base – a flat round surface in the middle and two smaller at the edges. Simple yet functional! The SCANPAN grill plate works perfectly on the cooker, but is best when used directly on the grill. The plate is free of handles to save space in your kitchen cupboard.
